How does pricing work?
Access to The Coaching Room is available through either a monthly or annual payment option. Monthly access provides flexibility with a lower upfront commitment. Annual access secures your place for 12 months and offers the best overall value

You’ll receive a link that allows you to return during your 24-hour access period.
What happens when the 24 hours ends?
Access ends automatically. There are no charges and nothing to cancel.
Is the 24-hour access part of The Coaching Room?
No - it’s a standalone experience designed to demonstrate the coaching style and approach. Full access to The Coaching Room is separate.
How do I join The Coaching Room?
You can join directly through the website. After joining, and setting your login details, you will be able to access your dashboard.
How do I access The Coaching Room after joining?Log in using your email and password via the website to access your dashboard.
Is all content available when I join?
Yes — you’ll have access to all available sessions, tools, and features..
Can I attend live coaching sessions?
Yes — you can join live Coaching Hot Seats and access replays.
Access & Platform Use
Do you offer refunds?
You can request a refund within 14 days of joining.
Refunds are reviewed based on usage during that time. After this period, access continues for the remainder of your current billing period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I leave and want to come back later?
You’re always welcome to return. However, access will be at the current pricing available at the time you rejoin, rather than your previous rate.

The Inner Circle is a small-group, application-only coaching experience for those who want deeper support, accountability, and high-performance development.
Who is it for?
It’s suited to individuals who want a more structured and focused coaching environment beyond the core experience.
What is the investment?
The Inner Circle is £6000 per year, paid upfront.
Do I need to already have access to The Coaching Room?
No — you can apply directly. Access to The Coaching Room is included if you are accepted.
How do I apply?

Suitable applicants are invited to a short call before places are confirmed.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken upon acceptance to secure a place, as cohort spaces are limited.
Do you offer refunds for the Inner Circle?
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before the cohort begins. Once the cohort starts, refunds are not normally offered.
Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
Access is available on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option you select. Monthly access renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Annual access is paid upfront for 12 months and renews each year unless cancelled.
Will my price stay the same?
Yes — your rate is protected for as long as you remain inside The Coaching Room. If you leave and return later, the current price at that time will apply.
Do I get reminders about payments?
You’ll receive confirmation when your payment is processed. You can also check your billing details and renewal date in your account settings.

I can’t log in — what should I do?
Try resetting your password via the login page. If you’re still unable to access your account, the Support Hub can guide you.
How do I update my profile details or picture?
You can update your details within your account settings.
Why can’t I access something?If something appears unavailable, try logging out and back in. If the issue continues, the Support Hub can assist.
What personal data is collected?
We collect only the data needed to provide access, such as your name, email address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe), usage data, and information you choose to share. For full details, please see the Privacy Policy.
Does Brett 24/7 store what I say?
Yes. Conversations with Brett 24/7 are stored securely so the tool can work properly and be improved over time. You do not need to share identifying details unless you choose to. Your chats are not shared publicly.
Can others see my chats with Brett 24/7?
No — your conversations are private.
Can I ask for my personal data to be deleted?
Yes. Under UK GDPR you can request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or accounting requirements. To make a request, you can contact the team using the details in the Privacy Policy.
How can I see what data you hold about me?
You can request a copy of the personal data held about you (a data access request) under UK GDPR. To do this, please follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy or contact the team using the published privacy contact details.
Can I unsubscribe from emails?
Yes — you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
How is my payment information kept secure?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by The Coaching Room. Only limited billing information, such as transaction records, is retained for accounting and support purposes.
Do you share my data with anyone else?
The Coaching Room does not sell or rent your data. Information is only shared with trusted providers that help run the platform, such as Wix, Stripe, MailerLite, Delphi.ai, and analytics tools, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Is The Coaching Room compliant with UK GDPR?
The Coaching Room is operated in line with UK GDPR. The Privacy Policy sets out how data is collected, used, shared, and protected.
