The Coaching Room is a performance coaching space designed to help individuals think differently, build clarity, take action, and develop consistency. It combines AI coaching, live features, a private community, and a growing resource library.
Who is The Coaching Room for?
Members include professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and individuals committed to improving their performance and thinking patterns.
What’s included in membership?
Membership includes Brett 24/7 (AI coaching), monthly Hot Seats (live coaching sessions), a private community, coaching tools, and the Vault of resources and replays. Additional features may be introduced over time.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is £97/month, billed monthly. There is no annual plan and no minimum term.
Can I join at any time?
Yes. Membership is open year-round and you can join whenever you’re ready.

What is Brett 24/7?
Brett 24/7 is an on-demand AI coaching tool that helps you think through challenges, develop clarity, and gain perspective in real time.
How do I access the free 24-hour experience?
You can access it through the link at www.thecoachingroom.online/free-trial. No login or account setup is required.
What happens when the 24 hours ends?
Access ends automatically. There are no charges or renewals and nothing to cancel.
Is the 24-hour access a trial of The Coaching Room?
No. It’s a standalone experience designed to demonstrate the coaching style and approach. Membership to The Coaching Room is separate.
How do I join The Coaching Room?
You can join directly through the website. After joining, you will receive login access to the Members Area.
How do I access my membership after joining?
Log in via the Members Area using your email and password. Members can access all features online.
Is all content available when I join?
Yes. Members receive full access to the available sessions, tools, and community space.
Can I attend live coaching sessions as a member?
Yes. Members can join monthly Hot Seats (live coaching sessions) and access replays.

How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed via Support. If you are within the 14-day period and have not used the membership heavily, you may be eligible for a refund.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops future payments. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?
Refunds are not given for previous billing periods. You can cancel at any time to stop upcoming charges.

What is The Inner Circle?
The Inner Circle is the highest level of The Coaching Room — a small group environment for individuals who want deeper support, accountability, and performance-focused coaching.
Who is it for?
It’s suited to individuals who want a more structured, challenging, and personalised coaching experience beyond the core membership.
What is the investment?
The Inner Circle is £6000/year, paid upfront.
Do I need to be a member first?
No. You can apply directly. Membership to The Coaching Room is included within the Inner Circle.
How do I apply?
Applications are submitted through the website. Suitable applicants are invited to a short call before places are confirmed.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken upon acceptance to secure a place, as cohort spaces are limited.
Do you offer refunds for the Inner Circle?
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before the cohort begins. Once the cohort starts, refunds are not normally offered.

How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, recurring until cancelled.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment, subject to fair usage. Refunds are not given for previous billing periods.

I can’t log in — what should I do?
Try resetting your password from the login page. If you’re still unable to access your account, Support Hub can guide you.
How do I change my profile details or picture?
You can update these in your Members Area under account settings.
Why can’t I access something in the Members Area?
Members should have full access to all content. If something looks restricted, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, Support Hub can assist.
What personal data does The Coaching Room collect?
The Coaching Room collects only the data needed to run your membership, such as your name, email address, payment details processed securely by Stripe, basic usage information, and any information you choose to share in Brett 24/7. For full details, please see the Privacy Policy on our website.
Does Brett 24/7 store what I say?
Yes. Conversations with Brett 24/7 are stored securely so the tool can work properly and be improved over time. You do not need to share identifying details unless you choose to. Your chats are not shared publicly.
Can other members see my chats with Brett 24/7?
No. Your conversations with Brett 24/7 are private and are not visible to other members. They may be used internally to improve the service, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Can I ask for my personal data to be deleted?
Yes. Under UK GDPR you can request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or accounting requirements. To make a request, you can contact the team using the details in the Privacy Policy.
How can I see what data you hold about me?
You can request a copy of the personal data held about you (a data access request) under UK GDPR. To do this, please follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy or contact the team using the published privacy contact details.
Can I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from optional marketing or newsletter emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email. Service emails, such as billing and important account updates, may still be sent as part of your membership.
How is my payment information kept secure?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by The Coaching Room. Only limited billing information, such as transaction records, is retained for accounting and support purposes.
Do you share my data with anyone else?
The Coaching Room does not sell or rent your data. Information is only shared with trusted providers that help run the platform, such as Wix, Stripe, MailerLite, Delphi.ai, and analytics tools, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Do you use my data for advertising?
Data is used to deliver and improve The Coaching Room and related communications. It is not used for behavioural advertising. Any tracking is limited to service performance and engagement metrics, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What are my privacy rights as a member?
You have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing. The Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to use them.
