The Coaching Room - Membership Terms & Conditions

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Interpersonal Insights Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“Client”, “Member”) regarding your access to and use of The Coaching Room and related coaching products. By registering for or accessing any part of The Coaching Room — including the free 24-hour access to Brett 24/7 — you agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Coaching Room is a performance coaching space designed to support individuals with high-quality coaching tools that help them think differently, gain clarity, develop self-awareness, and take action. It combines on-demand AI coaching, structured coaching sessions, live coaching features, and community support.

​

Current offerings include:

​

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7 (Free) — A standalone, one-time, 24-hour access to Brett 24/7 (our AI coaching assistant). No login or payment details are required. Access expires automatically and incurs no charges. This access does not include membership to The Coaching Room.

​

The Coaching Room (Membership) — Full access to Brett 24/7, monthly Hot Seats (live coaching sessions), the coaching Vault, coaching tools, community features, and other resources. Additional features may be introduced over time.

​

Inner Circle (Premium Tier) — The highest level of The Coaching Room, offering a small-group coaching cohort for individuals seeking deeper support, accountability, and performance-focused coaching. Entry is by application and acceptance. Membership to The Coaching Room is included within the Inner Circle.

​

Additional tiers, features, or products may be introduced in future.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

​

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7
Free of charge. No account creation, credit card details, renewals, or automatic billing apply. Access ends automatically after 24 hours.

​

The Coaching Room Membership
Membership is billed at £97 per month, recurring monthly until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 30 days, access may be suspended or revoked.

​

Members may cancel at any time via their account settings. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund payments already made.

​

There is no annual billing option, and no minimum commitment period applies.

​

Promotional pricing, introductory offers, and discounts may be offered from time to time at our discretion. Unless expressly stated, promotional rates apply for the period specified and standard pricing will apply thereafter. Existing members will not automatically receive promotional pricing unless stated.

 

We may update membership pricing for new members at any time. Pricing changes do not affect existing memberships unless communicated and agreed in advance.

 

Inner Circle (Premium Tier)
The Inner Circle is £6000 per year, paid upfront upon acceptance to secure a limited cohort space. There is no deposit or monthly payment option. Since spaces are capped, payment confirms your place in the upcoming cohort.

If you join the Inner Circle while a current Coaching Room member, your Coaching Room membership billing stops upon joining, and access continues as part of the Inner Circle.

​

 

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7
Free of charge and non-refundable. Since no payment is taken, no cancellation or refund applies.

The Coaching Room Membership
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of first payment. Refunds may be denied where significant use of the membership has occurred, including but not limited to:

​

• excessive use of Brett 24/7 within the first 14 days;

• accessing a substantial portion of the Vault and/or other features;

• participation in live coaching or community features.

 

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund past billing periods.

 

We reserve the right to review and update membership pricing for new members. Existing members will retain their current rate unless agreed otherwise or notified in advance.

 

Inner Circle
Refunds for the Inner Circle may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before the cohort begins. Once the cohort begins, refunds are not normally offered, since places are limited and the coaching program has commenced. No satisfaction or results guarantee is offered.

4. USE OF AI AND DIGITAL COACHING TOOLS

As part of the 24-hour access, Membership, or Inner Circle, you may use Brett 24/7 and other digital coaching tools.

About Brett 24/7
Brett 24/7 is an AI coaching assistant powered by Delphi.ai and developed exclusively by Interpersonal Insights Ltd. It reflects Brett Mabberley’s coaching philosophy, language, and methodology but is not a human coaching interaction.

User Acknowledgement

• All responses are computer-generated.

• Content is for educational and personal development purposes only.

• Advice should not be relied on for decisions involving medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety-critical matters.

 

Disclaimer of Liability
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or outcomes of AI-based interactions. We disclaim liability for any decisions or actions taken based on AI output.

Data & Privacy
Conversations with Brett 24/7 may be stored for training, improvement, and quality assurance. You may share information voluntarily, and by using the tool you consent to data storage and handling in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

​

Proper Use
You agree to use all coaching tools respectfully. Misuse (including abusive language, automated stress-testing, or technical probing) may result in suspension or removal.

​

 

5. CONTENT ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

All materials, including recorded coaching sessions, downloadable resources, live replays, and digital tools, are for personal use only. Redistribution or public sharing is prohibited without written consent.

​

Members receive full access to The Coaching Room content. We reserve the right to update, add, or remove content at any time.

​

 

6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Members agree to participate respectfully within all community and group spaces. Harassment, solicitation, or disruption may result in removal. Community access is available to paid Members and Inner Circle participants. It is not included in the 24-hour access.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within The Coaching Room — including Brett 24/7, digital tools, coaching sessions, methods, and downloadable resources — remains the intellectual property of Interpersonal Insights Ltd. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted.

8. DISCLAIMER

All coaching tools and content (including AI interactions and live coaching) are for personal development and performance purposes only. They are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or professional advice. Outcomes vary and depend on individual engagement and application.

​

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent Coaching Room billing period or, in the case of the Inner Circle, the paid amount for the current cohort cycle.

​

 

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (including natural disasters, illness, internet failures, war, or governmental restrictions).

​

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be handled exclusively within the courts of England and Wales.

​

 

12. DATA & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By registering for the 24-hour access, Membership, or Inner Circle, you consent to storage of your information for account administration and service updates. We may send follow-up emails about coaching-related content. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or remove access at our discretion if these terms are breached or payments are overdue. Following termination of the 24-hour access, you may be directed to information about The Coaching Room.

​

 

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services, policies, or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material updates may be communicated by email or in-platform notification.

​

 

15. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement takes effect on the date you register for access — whether free or paid — and remains in force while you retain access to The Coaching Room or Inner Circle.

​

 

16. ABOUT RESULTS AND OUTCOMES

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create guarantees of outcomes, results, or performance improvements. All personal development work depends on the effort, engagement, and application of the individual.
