The Coaching Room – Terms & Conditions

 

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Interpersonal Insights Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“Client”, “User”) regarding your access to and use of The Coaching Room and related coaching products.

 

By registering for or accessing any part of The Coaching Room — including the 24-hour access to Brett 24/7 — you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

 

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

The Coaching Room is a performance coaching space designed to support individuals through high-quality coaching tools that help them think differently, gain clarity, develop self-awareness, and take action.

 

It combines on-demand AI coaching, structured coaching sessions, live coaching features, and community support.

 

Current offerings include:

 

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7 (Free)

 

A standalone, one-time, 24-hour access to Brett 24/7 (our AI coaching assistant). No payment details are required. Access expires automatically and incurs no charges.

 

This is a one-time access and does not renew or convert into a paid product. This access does not include full access to The Coaching Room.

 

The Coaching Room (Full Access)

 

Full access to Brett 24/7, live coaching sessions (Hot Seats), the coaching Vault, coaching tools, community features, and other resources. Additional features may be introduced over time.

 

Inner Circle (Premium Tier)

 

A small-group coaching experience for individuals seeking deeper support, accountability, and performance-focused coaching. Entry is by application and acceptance.

 

Access to The Coaching Room is included as part of the Inner Circle.

 

 

2. PAYMENT TERMS

 

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7

 

Free of charge. No payment details, renewals, or automatic billing apply. Access ends automatically after 24 hours.

 

The Coaching Room (Full Access)

 

Access to The Coaching Room is available via either a monthly or annual payment option. The current pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.

 

Monthly Access

 

- Billed monthly on a recurring basis

- Renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date

- No minimum term applies

 

Annual Access

 

- Paid upfront for a 12-month access period

- Renews automatically for a further 12-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date

 

Automatic Renewal

 

All paid access (monthly or annual) renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

 

Price Protection

 

Your rate is protected for as long as you maintain continuous access to The Coaching Room.

 

If you cancel and later return, the current price at the time of rejoining will apply.

 

We may update pricing for new users at any time. These changes will not affect your existing rate unless you cancel and rejoin.

 

Payment Failure

 

If a payment cannot be completed and remains unresolved, we reserve the right to pause, restrict, or remove access until the issue is resolved.

 

We may attempt to retry failed payments. Continued failure to resolve payment may result in permanent removal of access.

 

Pricing Structure and Future Changes

 

The Coaching Room may evolve in both content and pricing over time.

 

Pricing for new users may increase as the platform develops and additional features are introduced.

 

Early users may benefit from lower entry pricing. This reflects the stage of development at the time of joining and does not entitle future users to the same pricing.

 

 

Inner Circle (Premium Tier)

 

The Inner Circle is priced at £6000 per year, paid upfront upon acceptance.

 

Due to limited cohort capacity, payment secures your place in the upcoming cohort.

 

If you join the Inner Circle while already having access to The Coaching Room, your existing Coaching Room billing will be stopped and access will continue as part of the Inner Circle.

 

 

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

24-Hour Access to Brett 24/7

 

Free of charge and non-refundable.

 

 

The Coaching Room (Full Access)

 

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

 

By purchasing access and using The Coaching Room, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately.

 

Where significant use has occurred within the first 14 days, we reserve the right to reduce or deny refunds accordingly.

 

Significant use may include (but is not limited to):

- Extensive use of Brett 24/7

- Accessing a substantial portion of available content

- Participation in live sessions or community features

 

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Cancellation

 

- You may cancel at any time

- Cancellation stops future billing

- You retain access until the end of your current billing period

- No refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period

 

 

Inner Circle

 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis before the cohort begins. Once the cohort has commenced, refunds are not normally offered.

 

 

4. USE OF AI AND DIGITAL COACHING TOOLS

 

As part of your access, you may use Brett 24/7 and other digital coaching tools.

 

About Brett 24/7

 

Brett 24/7 is an AI coaching assistant powered by Delphi.ai and developed by Interpersonal Insights Ltd. It reflects Brett Mabberley’s coaching philosophy, but is not a human coaching interaction.

 

User Acknowledgement

- All responses are computer-generated

- Content is for personal development purposes only

- It should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions

 

Disclaimer of Liability

 

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or outcomes of AI-based interactions and accept no liability for decisions made based on such interactions.

 

Data & Privacy

 

Conversations may be stored for training, improvement, and quality assurance. By using the service, you consent to this in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Proper Use

 

Misuse may result in suspension or removal of access.

 

 

5. CONTENT ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

 

All materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

 

We reserve the right to update, add, or remove content at any time.

 

 

6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

 

Users must engage respectfully. Misconduct may result in removal.

 

Community access is available to paid users and Inner Circle participants only.

 

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content remains the intellectual property of Interpersonal Insights Ltd. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted.

 

 

8. DISCLAIMER

 

All content is for personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current access period (or, in the case of the Inner Circle, the amount paid for the current cohort period).

 

 

10. FORCE MAJEURE

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

 

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

 

12. DATA & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

 

By registering, you consent to receiving communication related to your use of The Coaching Room. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

 

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

 

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access where these terms are breached or payment issues remain unresolved.

 

 

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

 

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

 

15. EFFECTIVE DATE

 

This Agreement takes effect upon registration and remains in force while access is active.

 

 

16. ABOUT RESULTS AND OUTCOMES

 

We do not guarantee outcomes or results. Progress depends on individual engagement and application.
